We’ve lived empowered by the Holy Spirit as Easter gave way to Ordinary Time. Now, as Advent season begins, another cycle of remembering Israel’s longing starts. As we gather on Sunday mornings to sing and pray we prepare ourselves for the birth of the newborn king, Jesus Christ.
